 As Founder & CEO of Prospectway , Alfredo primarily endeavor is to oversees player recruitment and client management. His main focus is to provide players with the necessary support to allow them to maximize their on-field potential.  Alfredo, was hired on full time as a player recruiting  and baseball operations coordinator for the "Hermanos Renteria" organization  who’s responsibilities include: contract negotiation, player analysis, amateur recruitment and international scouting. Alfredo brings a wealth of baseball experience to Prospectway and his  support team consists of his  business partner  and  family. It also includes people like you. Erick is President of Baseball Operation at Prospectway . He has represented the Major League Baseball Players Association as Director of Baseball Operations of the  New York Yankees Organization 2001 - 2004  in   Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area  •Prepared contracts for minor league baseball players, coaches and scouts.  •Prepared and managed the budget for Baseball Operations.  •Worked with immigration attorneys to obtain HB-1 visas for foreign players.  •Coordinated minor league spring training and assisted with the major league drafts.  •Managed the payroll for all minor league players and minor league coaches.

another journey in the sport avenue was the Assistant Equipment Manager Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1992 - 1995 Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area  •Assisted with the coordination and preparation of daily practices and game day activities.  •Served as a liaison between coaching staff and the players.  •Responsible for implementing communication devices between the quarterback and coaching staff.
